Services Scope
We offer software development, SaaS products, integrations, and other digital services. Each project’s scope will be defined clearly through mutual documentation.
User Obligations
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not engage in activities that harm our infrastructure or reputation.
Payments
Clients must make payments as agreed upon in the proposal or invoice. Late payments may attract interest or service disruption.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom work will be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
Data Security
We use secure technologies to protect user data. However, we cannot be held responsible for breaches beyond our control.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary data, code, pricing, and business information.
Warranties & Support
We offer a limited 90-day bug-fix warranty post-delivery. Additional feature requests are billed separately.
Limitation of Liability
Sozowallet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as data loss, profit loss, or third-party failures.
Account Termination
Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Violations may lead to immediate suspension.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for service delays caused by circumstances beyond our control like natural disasters, strikes, or technical outages.
Amendments to Terms
We may revise these terms as needed. Clients will be notified via email or website updates. Continued usage means acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be settled in courts located in Kolkata.
