At Sozowallet, we aim to provide fast, secure, and reliable delivery of your orders across India. Please review our detailed shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS upon successful placement.

Shipping Charges

We offer competitive shipping rates across India:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 (Free for orders above ₹999)
  • Express Shipping: ₹149 (1–3 day delivery)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹30 extra handling charge

Delivery Timeline

Our delivery estimates:

  • Metropolitan cities: 2–4 business days
  • Towns & rural areas: 4–7 business days
  • Remote locations may take longer depending on courier coverage

Courier Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure timely and safe deliveries to your doorstep.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number. You can track your order in real-time using the courier partner’s tracking page or via your Sozowallet account dashboard.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to reschedule shipping (additional charges may apply).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD as a payment option for selected PIN codes. Please keep exact change ready and be available to receive the order at the time of delivery. COD orders may be verified by phone before dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sozowallet is not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order.

Customer Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at your address during delivery. Unclaimed deliveries or failed attempts due to customer unavailability may lead to cancellation or additional re-shipping charges.

Delays Due to Unforeseen Events

Delivery delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or courier issues beyond our control. We will notify you if such a situation arises and do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
