Welcome to SozoWallet. By accessing or using our platform, APIs, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using SozoWallet. These terms govern your use of our financial infrastructure, APIs, and related software.
2. Eligibility
To use SozoWallet, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts. By using our services, you represent that all registration information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials.
- You agree to notify SozoWallet immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or API credentials.
- You must not share, resell, or transfer your access without written permission from SozoWallet.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use SozoWallet’s APIs or platform to engage in illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity. Prohibited activities include:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
- Distributing malware, spam, or phishing content.
- Reverse engineering or tampering with SozoWallet systems or APIs.
- Misrepresenting your identity or using SozoWallet to impersonate another entity.
5. API Usage and Rate Limits
Your API access may be subject to usage limits, including requests per second or per day. Excessive use may result in throttling or suspension. Commercial use of APIs must comply with your plan’s licensing terms.
6. Fees and Payments
Some SozoWallet services are billed on a subscription or usage basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account in accordance with our pricing page. Unpaid invoices may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Intellectual Property
SozoWallet and its associated marks, logos, software, and documentation are the exclusive property of SozoWallet Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SozoWallet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, APIs, or platform. SozoWallet’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SozoWallet at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your API access and data storage may be revoked or deleted.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of SozoWallet after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
